Saugeen Bluffs Old-Tyme Maple Syrup Festival - March 27-28, 2010
Seven members of our group were able to participate in this event this year. The weather was very mild for March, and you can see in the photos that the ground was about as dry as we've ever had it for this event. Little did we know at the time that the nice weather would continue through April and May!
This was the first time, in the many years we have participated in this event, that "Grey Owl" (as performed by David Morris) was not able to be with us. Nevertheless, the show must go on, and we sang and drummed on the stage a couple of times both Saturday and Sunday. This year, we also missed our good friend Gino Ferri of "Survival in the Bush, Inc".
