Burlington's "Sound of Music" Parade - June 14, 2008

The town of Burlington, Ontario, hosts a four day Sound of Music Festival every year along the waterfront and throughout the downtown core. It is a free summer musical extravaganza which includes many groups of musicians, representing several musical genres - including some Native drumming, courtesy of On-Gwe-Ho-Way!

Our participation is in the Parade which always goes on Saturday morning. The festival itself has been taking place for over 25 years.

We owe a huge debt of thanks to John Hido at Discovery Collision Inc, who has graciously offered to drive us along the parade route on his flat bed truck every year that we have been at this event. Thanks John -- we couldn't do it without your help!
